Description
The Odd Couple set presented many challenges that were not even specific to the set. In the middle of construction of the set in my garage, we were hit with an ice storm and lost power. We had to improvise with hand tools and lanterns.
The Odd Couple was my senior show and I was cast as one of the co-leads. I was still entrusted with the responsibility of designing and constructing the set. The majority of painting and other details were completed in my garage since we were only given one day to construct the set on the stage. The next week was spent working on finishing touches and practicing all my lines.
